Health Ambassador program
Human guidance for a connected care grid.
Health Ambassadors are designed to help communities understand and use Ready Health pathways without acting as clinicians or taking control of patient records.
Health Ambassador network
64-district expansion visionA trusted human bridge to connected care.
Ambassadors help people understand Ready Health pathways, continue securely in the app, and reach the appropriate service team. They do not diagnose, prescribe, retain medical documents, or promise prices or availability.
Confirmed now
A public application contract exists.
The backend accepts ambassador applications. The website does not activate the form until consent, retention, abuse protection, and approved recruitment terms are supplied.
Expansion goal
District and union coverage.
No current coverage count, district roster, earnings, reward, or guaranteed role is published without operational evidence.
Role and responsibilities
Assist the journey. Protect the patient.
Ambassadors can bridge digital access gaps, but clinical advice, diagnosis, pricing promises, and custody of medical records stay outside the role.

Recruitment and training
Eligibility, training curriculum, assessment, district assignment, and activation criteria require approved programme rules before publication.
Verification and ethics
Identity verification, role boundaries, consent, confidentiality, accurate representation, escalation, and complaint handling must govern active ambassadors.
Performance standards
Quality should be measured through compliant assistance and verified service hand-offs—not unsupported sales or clinical targets.
