Request account deletion directly inside the Ready Health app
Users should follow these steps in the Ready Health app to request account deletion securely.

Tap Delete Account

Confirm deletion using OTP or phone verification
Alternative Support Method
If the user cannot access the app, support can help by email
If a user cannot access the Ready Health app, they can email support at support@readyhealthltd.com and include their registered phone number so the deletion request can be verified and processed.

Any useful contact detail for follow-up verification
Data We Delete
Account profile
Phone number login record
Prescription upload records
Booking/request history
Uploaded medical documents/images
Data We May Retain Temporarily
Payment/transaction records required by law

Some records may be retained for up to 30–90 days where legally required, then deleted or anonymized.
